Sous Chef- Catering

Job Summary:

Food production for catering events. Must ensure highest level of product quality and presentation. 

Essential Functions:

Works with executive chef on all catering events, prepares foods according to directions given. Must have knowledge of good food handling practices,

ability to work wiht others in a high paced time sensitive environment. 

Desired Qualities:

Minimum 2 years experience

Comprehensive knowlege of food and service trends wiht a focus on quality, productioons, sanitation, food controls and presentation. 

Abiltiy to work with others in a fast paced environment.
